Overview

CybeReady relies on 3rd party services in order to deliver SMS messages worldwide. Due to limitations beyond our control, we can't send SMSs to every country in every scenario.

These limitations affect the destination country only, i.e. the employee's phone number. For example, even if you live in a unsupported country, you can create a smishing campaign which targets employees who live in supported countries.

We created this article to help you understand which limitations apply to which country.

Fully supported countries

The following countries are supported in all simulations:

*Due to this country's regulations, SMSs will not be sent using Sender IDs (alphanumeric), only from a local phone number. 

Partially supported countries

United Kingdom - Supports all Sender IDs, except for these:

• TecSupport ("Reset your password")
• MeetAlert ("Team meeting tomorrow at 9 AM")

The following countries are ones where smishing can be enabled for an additional cost per simulation template:

Countries with varying support

The following countries do not allow sending SMSs using Sender IDs (alphanumeric), only from a phone number. Our ability to purchase a phone number is dependent on availability. In cases where we are not able to obtain a local phone number, we will attempt to use a USA phone number (+1 country code).
