If you forgot your password to the CybeReady platform or the support system, you can reset it on your own by following the steps below for the CybeReady platform or the Support desk:
Resetting the password on the CybeReady platform:
On the login page, click forgot password (marked in yellow in the image below):
On the next page type in the correct email and click the Reset Password button:
Look in your inbox or in your spam folder for an email from
CybeReady Customer Portal <do-not-reply@portal.cybeready.com>, which includes the password reset link. Click the "Set a New Password" button.
Resetting a password on the Support desk
On the login page, click Forgot my password (marked in yellow in the image below):
On the next page, type in the correct email and click the Submit button:
Look in your inbox or in your spam folder for an email from CybeReady Support <support@cs.cybeready.com> and click the URL within the email (beginning with https://support.cybeready.com/

The password reset will only be triggered for the email you are registered with in the relevant platform. For security reasons, there is no user notification upon entering a non-existent email address. |
Alternatively, you can also use your CybeReady platform's credentials to log in to the Support desk by clicking Continue with CybeReady:
